He has consulted hundreds of internet entrepreneurs on exit strategy, growth and business development.

Peter is the Founder & CEO of WalkWise, a startup focused on saving lives and helping older adults maintain their independence through simple, innovative technologies. He earned a Master's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for his work on the automated manufacturing of micro-fluidic devices. He is a founding member of the MIT Hyperloop Team, which won the inaugural SpaceX Hyperloop Design Competition and built the world's first functional Hyperloop Pod prototype. He was a founding member and Director of the MIT Water Innovation Prize, where he managed a diverse organizing team. While at MIT, he took courses in product design, entrepreneurship, manufacturing, and robotics. He was the lead engineer on the Otter Infant Warming System project with Design that Matters, which is now being deployed in hospitals around the world. While studying at the University of Portland during his undergraduate degree, he won the Dean's award and interned at Biotronik, a medical device manufacturer.

Rob Walling has built and sold multiple SaaS startups over the past 15 years, most recently Drip. He has invested in more than 20 startups, including WP Engine and SparkToro. Rob co-founded the most popular conference for self-funded startups, MicroConf and wrote the book on how to boostrap a startup, Start Small, Stay Small. Today he is focused on TinySeed, the first startup accelerator designed for bootstrappers.

Eric Weisser is the founder and CEO of Weisser Distributing. Weisser Distributing was founded in 1978 by Eric's father Bob and for 35 years operated selling body shop supplies locally via a mobile truck to body shops in the Sioux Falls area. Eight years ago, Eric joined the company and brought those same products to marketplaces like Amazon, eBay and Walmart. Since then the company has grown into multiple states, international manufacturing, brand creation, and over 140 employees. Eric focus in the company now revolves around product development, sourcing, employee culture, and our own curated version of the entrepreneurial operating system called Traction.

Aneela Idnani is Cofounder & President of HabitAware. For more than 20 years, Aneela hid her battle with compulsive hair pulling disorder (trichotillomania), a mental health condition. After sharing this secret, HabitAware created Keen, a smart bracelet, that uses gesture detection technology to bring awareness to hair pulling, skin picking and nail biting disorders. With awareness, people can “Retrain The Brain” to healthier coping strategies. Aneela is a mental health advocate, raising awareness of these very common yet unknown conditions. HabitAware is partly funded by an NIH/SBIR and NSF/SBIR research grants and was named one of TIME Magazine's 2018 Best Inventions.

Ryan Weber is a Managing Partner at Great North Labs, an early stage venture fund that primarily invests in technology startups across any industry that are based, or have meaningful operations, in Minnesota and the upper Midwest. Great North Labs has assembled a team experienced in scaling technology startups across a variety of industries, along with individuals with strong expertise in exponential technologies, to enable regional startups to achieve rapid growth and global reach. Previously, Ryan co-founded and served as Chief Product Officer of NativeX (formerly named W3i/Freeze.com) a digital media company that he scaled to $70M in revenue, 170 employees, and offices in Silicon Valley and Minnesota with his twin brother, Rob Weber.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from St. Cloud State University. A graduate of Singularity University's Executive Program, Ryan also is currently co-ambassador for the SingularityU Minneapolis-St. Paul Chapter. Ryan and Rob began investing in area startups through their angel fund, 32 Degrees. From 2006 to 2011, their investments in regional startups including eBureau, Zencoder, and FieldNation generated more than a 5x return.
